Our primary offering is a full service app build - meaning you come with an idea and the app details, and we take it from there. Here's an outline of what you can expect from this service:
We start with a free discovery call to learn more about you, your app and explain more about what you can expect from this process. We then build a free quote within 48 hours and send it over to you to review and accept.
After the initial deposit, we design and build the app according to your specifications. Throughout this process we maintain constant communication through written and video updates. You're also added to our slack channel for quicker communication. We aim for 2-3 updates a week, but you are free to ask any questions or discuss the project at any time!
Once the app is complete, you're able to test it yourself and let us know if something isn't in line with the initial specifications. We make any valid requested updates and pass it back to you to review again. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we won't stop until you're thrilled with the work that's been done!
After you've passed off the app, we build your listing and submit the app to Shopify to get app store approval. We work directly with the Shopify team to make sure your app passes all requirements, and we'll make any adjustments required through this process. You don't have to lift a finger!
Once it's approved by Shopify, your app is live! You can keep it unlisted (meaning only merchants with a direct link can access it), or you can release it publicly on the App Store. The choice is yours!
Some clients want to continue using our services to further build out their apps. If this is you, we offer a retainer package so you can keep working with us to fulfill your post-launch app development needs. You can view this option in the pricing section
